Goal: Reducing smog by modernizing heating and energy installations in multi-family buildings.
Scope: Financing of renewable energy investments and thermal modernization in multi-family buildings. Includes photovoltaic installations, energy storage and modernization of heating systems.
Form of support: Ecological credit with preferential terms, with the possibility of using programs such as Mój Prąd.
Institution: National Economy Bank (BGK).
Goal: Facilitating access to financing for investments related to energy efficiency and renewable energy sources.
Scope: Funding for thermal modernization and RES installations in multi-family buildings. Includes modernization of heating systems, photovoltaics, and heat pumps.
Form of support: Thermal modernisation bonus covering PLN 20% of investment costs (or more in the case of renewable energy sources), thermal modernisation loans.
Institution: National Economy Bank (BGK).
Goal: Increasing the energy efficiency of multi-family buildings, reducing energy costs and emissions.
Scope: Co-financing of installation of small wind farms with a capacity of up to 20 kW and energy storage facilities,
Form of support: Subsidy of up to 50% of eligible costs, maximum PLN 30,000 for installation and PLN 17,000 for energy storage.

Goal: Increasing the use of wind energy in households as an alternative to photovoltaics.
1. National Fund for Environmental Protection and Water Management (NFOŚiGW) – runs programmes such as “Clean Air”, “Mój Prąd” and “Stop Smog”, supporting energy modernisation and renewable energy sources in multi-family buildings.
2. Provincial Funds for Environmental Protection and Water Management (WFOŚiGW) – regional units of the NFOŚiGW, responsible for the implementation of programmes at the provincial level.
3. Bank Gospodarstwa Krajowego (BGK) – offers ecological loans and thermal modernization bonuses under the Thermal Modernization and Renovation Fund.
4. Local governments – implement local programmes supporting renewable energy sources and energy modernisation in multi-family buildings, in cooperation with the National Fund for Environmental Protection and Water Management.
