Thanks to comprehensive thermal modernization (heat pump, micro-installation, roof insulation), the house has gained the status of an energy-efficient building.

The use of two devices using renewable energy sources will allow for very economical operation of the building. The client decided on a solar installation based on Premium class photovoltaic modules - Selfa SV108M.3.4, manufactured exclusively in positive power tolerance and having as standard 30-year manufacturer's warranty. The heart of the system is the modern three-phase Selfa hybrid inverter of the SFH series, which will provide the investor with full control over the flow of electricity in the building.
The heating and domestic hot water are currently provided by the Hisense Hi-Therma heat pump, which guarantees stable operation even at outside temperatures as low as -25°C. The pump works perfectly with the PV installation, which allows for increased energy efficiency and optimized operating costs.
