Delivery Policy

1. Delivery methods

1.1. Shop Orders PMMP Energy are carried out within Poland via courier companies.

1.2. We offer the following delivery methods:

  • Standard courier delivery,
  • Cash on delivery courier delivery,
  • Personal collection at the company's headquarters (by prior arrangement).

2. Shipping costs

2.1. The cost of delivery depends on the selected shipping method and the value of the order and is given when placing the order.

2.2. For orders above a certain amount (e.g. 300 PLN) delivery may be free. Details regarding shipping costs are available on the Store's website.


3. Order processing time

3.1. The order processing time is usually from 1 to 5 business days from the moment the payment is posted.

3.2. In the case of products available on order or in pre-order, the delivery time may be longer. In such case, the customer will be informed.


4. Tracking your shipment

4.1. After sending the parcel the customer will receive tracking number, allowing you to monitor the delivery status.


5. Personal collection

5.1. Personal collection is possible at the company's headquarters:

5.2. Personal collection requires prior arrangement of an appointment.


6. Shipping damage

6.1. In the event of finding package damage upon receipt you must:

  • to prepare damage report in the presence of the courier,
  • contact our customer service department.

7. Returns and complaints

7.1. The customer has the right to return the goods within 14 days from receipt of shipment, provided that the product does not show traces of use.

7.2. Complaints regarding damaged or faulty products can be submitted to the following e-mail address: shop@pmmpenergy.com, giving order number and description of the problem.


8. Changes in delivery policy

8.1. The Administrator reserves the right to change this Supply Policy. Current delivery terms will be published on the Store's website.
